My goodness, today was damn tiring la....
My room is in a mess and i bought SO MANY THINGS its impossible to keep them all... esp considering the amount of presents i have to wrap. URGH.
Ok, so i did a stupid thing today... I went to work.
I KNOW I KNOWWWW!!! Stupid me... I was so tired after all the unpacking and trying to restore order in my room that i fell asleep at 12+ and i had to wake up at 6. I couldn't concentrate the whole day cuz my mind was still in bali mode... the beach, the surf, the hotel, and best of all.... THE SHOPPING.
It is undeniable that the shopping is the best part of the trip. Thanks to my wonderful father who managed to cut the prices down to the best prices!! Kudos to my grandmother who taught him all of his bargaining skills which he manage to pass down some to me :D
1. Always start with 60% off the original price.
When you bargain with them, slash the price so low so that you have room to negotiate the price. If you slash 20% then its not called bargaining anymore. And if the shopkeeper doesn't like the recommended price....
2. Walk away
Cuz this will ensure that you WILL get you're discount even though it might not be as low as you want. If its something you really really really want, resist the impulse to buy it on the spot. Haggle or look at other shops. After all, you might get the same thing at a better price at the 2nd shop.
Well, those are pretty much the essentials when it comes to bargaining as far as i know.. my father managed to bargain some stuff down SO cheap that its unbelievable!!!
Back to today, i went to work which was as usual, a complete BORE. URGH, the tiredness feeling never left me.... I felt so damn exhausted and went i went home... i got a nice surprise!!!
I GOT MY ONLINE STUFF FROM THE GAP/OLD NAVY!!!
SIGH... I FEEL SO CONTENT WITH LIFE!!!
In a box was all the stuff i bought online eons ago which has finally arrived!!!! HAPPY!!!!! :D
I bought this perfume at the airport DFS... Elizabeth Arden Mediterranean $70+ for 100 ml!! Smells GOOD to shop!!!! hehehehehehehehehehehhehehe:D
